At SKIN by Lauren, we carefully select professional skin care products to support your treatment outcomes and skin health.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Professional skincare is recommended based on skin assessment however, results and individual tolerance may vary between individuals.r
Exchanges
If a product has been purchased in error, an exchange may be offered for an alternative product provided the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
All products are non-refundable unless they are faulty, contaminated, or incorrectly supplied
Refunds for faulty products will be provided promptly once the issue is verified. Verification may require liaising with suppliers. Please allow 14 days for this process to be completed.
Please note: Allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or minor irritation do not qualify for a refund.

Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is found to be faulty, defective, or unsafe, we will provide a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
